Our group rates start at only $30.00 per night per person with Breakfast included!
Hostelling International-American Youth Hostels is a non-profit, environmentally friendly organization promoting international education and understanding through travel since 1909. Through a worldwide network of 5,000 hostels in 70 countries, our mission is "to help all, especially the young, gain a greater understanding of the world and its people through hostelling". Travelers from all over the world make use of our 150 hostels within the USA as a means for personal interaction and cultural exchange.
The Boston Hostel is an ideal base for exploring the birthplace of the American Revolution and experiencing Boston's dynamic leadership in education, culture, recreation and high-technology. The Freedom Trail, New England Aquarium, Museum of Science, Museum of Fine Arts, Fenway Park and Newbury St. are only some of the sites within walking distance. You can easily reach all other sites by Boston's extensive subway and bus system. Public transport stops are just a few blocks away.
Our hostel is equipped with dormitory-style facilities with 6 beds in each room. The rooms are separated by gender unless otherwise requested and we do have a limited number doubles and singles available upon request. You can reserve our group kitchen to prepare your meals. We have comfortable common rooms to provide a homey atmosphere where guests can relax, read, or converse with people from all parts of the globe. You and your group can expect to meet hostellers from over 20 countries in our hostel on any given night.
Our Director of Programs and Educational Services will help you plan an exciting, experience-based curriculum or project for your trip. We have interpretive programs in both our Hostel Learning Center and the community at-large.
