Guest Services Associates set the tone for our guests’ hostel stay experience by immediately making them feel welcome, checking them in/out, and engaging with them to promote hostel activities. This position will monitor incoming calls, assist in making reservations, perform various front desk duties, and provide information to guests/visitors.
