Cancellation Policy
Cancellations may be made at no charge up until 23:59 ET the night before you arrive. Reservations cancelled after 23:59 ET prior to the day of arrival will be charged for the first night’s stay. Please call 888-464-4872 (US or Canada) or 617-536-9455 to cancel.
Useful Information
- The hostel has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room.
- Linens, pillows and blankets are provided free-of-charge. Sleeping bags are not permitted.
- There is maximum stay of 14 nights per calendar year.
- The hostel is open 24 hours 7 days per week.
- Individual guests under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Early check-in is based on bed availability.
- Accommodations are available ONLY for travelers from outside a 30 mile radius of the hostel.
- All guests must present a valid, government photo ID upon check-in.
