Welcome to E-Beds, Hostelling International-American Youth Hostel’s Secure Online Reservation System.

E-beds enables you to reserve a bed at many of HI-AYH’s 140 hostels in the USA. For more information on hostels in the USA, click here.

Please review our reservation policies before making a request:

• Online reservations can ONLY be made more than 48 hours in advance of your arrival at the hostel.
• No charges will be made against your credit card at this time.
• Cancellation Policy:  Reservations must be cancelled by midnight on the day before arrival.  Reservations not canceled within this time period will be subjected to fee equal to one night for each person on the reservation.  Cancellations and changes to reservations must be made directly with the hostel by telephone.
• Reservations are NOT prepaid.  The credit card number is taken as a guarantee.  Payment must be made at the time of check in with cash, travelers checks or credit card (the physical card must be presented).
• Only standard dormitory beds, in 6 bedded rooms may be reserved online. Requests for private rooms need to be made directly to the hostel by telephone. 
• A maximum of six beds may be reserved online. The maximum length of stay for online reservations is six days. If you need more than six beds or need to stay longer than six days, please contact us directly by telephone.
• After sending your reservation request, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from the hostel within 48 hours. If you need to make a reservation for arrival within the next two days, please telephone H.I.Boston. 
• YOUR RESERVATION IS NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL FROM THE HOSTEL.
